Eisenhower Expressway has 10 lanes in this cross-section - 6 through lanes + 2
exit ramp lanes + 2 entrance ramp lanes that narrow to 1 lane near the
bottom. IDOT wants to move the center
ramps to the right-hand edge of the expressway.
