PARK FACILITIES ALONG THE IKE
MAY BE ADVERSELEY AFFECTED BY ANY EXPRESSWAY WIDENING The Wenonah Tot Lot (shown here) is one of four Park District facilities along the Eisenhower Transportation Corridor. Barrie Park, Rehm Park, and the Conservatory are the three others. The Park District redid the design of the Tot Lot and reopened it in the Summer of 2010. Forest Park has parks on both the north and south side of the Ike as well. The Maze Branch Library is also along the Corridor. |
